Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all original tags attached
- Free from perfume, stains, or alterations
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Made-to-order garments
- Clearance Sale items
- Gift Cards
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Since our products feature authentic handcrafted embroidery, slight variations in embroidery patterns, thread placement, or colour are part of the artisan process and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Wrong or Damaged Products
If you receive:
- Wrong Product
- Damaged Product
- Manufacturing Defect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Product Photos
- Packaging Photos
Refund Process
Once the returned product passes quality inspection:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, return shipping charges will be borne by Kasheer by AS.
For customer-initiated returns, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled after production has started.
